Effective September 4, 2026
You may use Vivid Consent only for lawful business purposes and only if you are authorized to act for the business account you access. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and owner or staff PINs secure and for promptly removing access for people who should no longer use the account.
Vivid Consent is a recordkeeping and workflow tool. It does not decide whether a service is safe, suitable, medically appropriate, legally permitted, or professionally compliant. Each business is responsible for reviewing its consent wording, health questions, policies, aftercare, age or guardian requirements, and professional obligations before using them with clients.
Signed consent records are designed to remain locked against ordinary editing after signing. Businesses are responsible for determining how long records must be retained and for complying with applicable professional, insurance, privacy, tax, regulatory, and legal obligations.
If you upload client photos, health disclosures, signatures, treatment notes, or other sensitive information, you must have an appropriate reason and authority to collect and store that information. Do not upload information that your business is not permitted or authorized to keep.
Business users can request account deletion from Settings. A public deletion-request page is also available when a user cannot sign in. Account access and information that is not required to be retained will be removed or de-identified where reasonably possible. Some signed consent, transaction, security, or recordkeeping information may be retained where necessary for legitimate legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
We work to keep Vivid Consent reliable and secure, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, improved, limited, or replaced as the service develops. Businesses should maintain any records or backups they are independently required to keep.
If Vivid Consent offers paid subscriptions, the price, billing interval, trial terms, renewal terms, and cancellation options shown at purchase will apply. Cancelling a subscription stops future paid access according to the applicable billing terms but does not automatically erase records that may need to be retained.
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, access another business's records without authorization, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, misuse client information, resell unauthorized copies of the software, or use Vivid Consent for unlawful activity.
Vivid Consent software, branding, design, and original product materials are proprietary. Businesses retain responsibility for and rights to their own business information and client records, subject to applicable law and these terms.
Use of Vivid Consent is also subject to the Vivid Consent Privacy Policy.
Questions about the service, privacy, or account access can be submitted through Vivid Consent Support.
These terms may be updated as Vivid Consent develops. The effective date above will be changed when material updates are made.
These terms describe the Vivid Consent service and do not replace the independent legal, professional, insurance, or regulatory obligations of a business using the app.
